The service

Orée provides online appointment booking software to businesses. The business remains responsible for its services and its relationships with its clients.

Trial and subscription

Free 14-day trial with no credit card. After that, the Essential plan at $15 per month, plus $5 per additional staff member, or the Signature plan at $39 per month with unlimited staff. Prices in Canadian dollars, billed monthly through Stripe. No contract: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Orée Receptionist

The virtual receptionist answers the business's clients based on the information and instructions provided by the business. She can make mistakes: the business remains responsible for the information given to its clients and can take over any conversation. The receptionist costs $89 per month, or $113 per month with Signature scheduling, and includes 300 call minutes per month. Beyond that, additional minutes are billed at $0.15 each, after notifying the business. Calls may be processed by telephony and speech recognition providers.

Data

The data of the business and its clients belongs to the business. It can export it at any time. See also the privacy policy.

Availability

We do our best to provide a continuous service, without any guarantee that it will be free of interruptions.

Acceptable use

The business agrees to send offers through Orée only to clients who have consented to them, and not to use the service for illegal or deceptive purposes.
